Comments:

"I am absolutely soaring and my jaw is on the floor having just watched your astounding self harm episode. It is beyond good. So nuanced, so surprising, so nicely shot (those intense close ups of the girls give such brilliant access to their confused minds), subtle and thoughtful acting from both children and parents and a properly agenda setting storyline ... It felt truthful and painful and heartbreaking because of it."

"This was a joy, just charming, charming ... I love her direction – it’s all so wise, warm, twinkly and emotional and the performances are sublime."

"Beautifully directed, some fantastic performances and just loads of lovely stuff… the big drama, the smaller quieter scenes and lots of comedy flourishes as well. A big bravo for delivering all the hugely complicated subtext as well… not easy given the labyrinthine back stories… but you really pulled it off.”
